1945 Harley Knucklehead Naked Bike
Jeremiah from Phoenix, Arizona, United States made available these photos of this clean and beautiful 1945 Harley Knucklehead Naked Bike. This is a Harley FL model, with a Knucklehead frame and a 1200cc Knucklehead engine.
Jeremiah: "The motor was totally rebuilt by Highway Choppers in Phoenix, Az 100 miles ago. The Vintage Joe Hunt Magneto and the OEM M-74b Linkert Carburetor were also rebuilt. The left case is a 1945 and the right case is a 1947. Cases are in perfect condition with no cracks.
The cylinders are aftermarket with standard pistons and the heads are from flathead power. They are equipped with OEM knuckles and internals. The transmission was also rebuilt and was done correctly with the one piece kicker arm. It has a 1 1/2 BDL belt drive with a Primo Rivera Clutch. It has custom made 10" stainless handlebars with an Exile Cycles internal throttle. "
"This Harley Knucklehead Bobber is equipped with an OEM 1932 RL I-Beam Springer and a 23" inch dirt track front wheel with custom made stainless wheel spacers.
The rear wheel is a 19x4 Coker Diamond tread laced to an OEM Star Hub and uses an OEM hydraulic Juice Drum for braking.
The seat is from west eagle and so is the aluminum rear ribbed fender with custom cadnium plated fender struts."
